Moving Consultant arranges a variety of aspects of the move on behalf of the client and responds to all questions posed by the client with regards to the move process. The Moving Consultant will provide the client with the over-all picture of the move from the pick up from origin address and drop of to destination address. It is the duty of the Move Consultant to calculate the estimate, send it to the client, do follow ups and close the deal. The Moving Consultant will also communicate with the entire move team to provide the best level of customer service, overseeing the transport of household goods/furniture to the final destination address.
Sales Director, manages and oversees the sales operations of the moving consultants. Their main duties include designing plans to close the deals, developing and cultivating relationships with clients and evaluating costs to determine their products' pricing when selling to customers.
Executive Assistant is responsible for managing the schedules and communications of key company executives. Their duties include prioritizing emails and phone calls, arranging executives calendar, coordinating travel arrangements and tasks that will help/support the executives in the promoting the growth of the company as a whole.

Movers are responsible for packing, moving, loading, unloading and set-up of furniture and household goods during client deliveries and pick-ups in a professional manner. Mover Responsibilities are: Wrap furniture in protective material; Load, pack and unload items with care; Ensure that no items are damaged while moving; Place furniture in the requested positions at the new location; Take inventory of items and ensure that no items are lost during transportation.
